Needs & Desires

The first stop in buying a new home is establishing your needs and desires. Narrowing your needs will help me more closely match homes to your profile, and not waste your time. You know the type of house you need or want. Needs are things you cannot live without. Desires are things that you would like to have in a new home, but might negotiate for something else. For instance, if you have three children, a one-bedroom home will not work for you. So, a large home is a need. However, if you are single and really want a view, you might give up a three-bedroom home to live on a hillside. That's a desire.

If you e-mail me with your needs and desires, I will prepare a listing of all currently available properties that might work for you and then we can go from there, either via e-mail, phone, or in person.
