C. Terry Robertson has been the Broker at Desert Realty since 1980. His experience prior to that time was in real estate sales and investments. He soon discovered, however, that his real interest was in property management. Mr. Robertson was one of the first brokers in Nevada to specialize in the management of rental residential properties. He was one of eight founding members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in 1986 - an organization which has grown to 2600 members across 33 states. NARPM is dedicated to the education and exchange of information among managers who specialize in the management of residential properties.

Carrie Field is a twenty-five year employee. She is responsible for making sure that the owner's rent monies and reports are mailed within three working days after the tenant pays the rent. She runs a very "tight ship" and sees that all accounts balance each day.
Gina O'Brien has been at Desert Realty for twenty-four years. She prepares reports and handles accounts receivable and payable. She is Mrs. Field's right hand.
Beverly Long has been employed by Desert Realty for twenty-five years. She obtained her real estate license in 1986 and has achieved the Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) designation. Prior to associating with Desert Realty, Mrs. Long held the position of Property Director with a large development and management company, where she supervised the management operation of 4,200 units located in three states.
Maria Hale came to us from another local real estate company where she was a Property Manager. She is now an Assistant Property Manager at Desert Realty. She has lived in Las Vegas since 1991. Maria was an "Air Force brat" who settled in Las Vegas when her parents retired. In her spare time she loves to relax and enjoy her husband and two children.
Shirley Brauer has lived in Las Vegas for twenty years and has been with Desert Realty Inc. for ten years. Moving to Las Vegas from California, where she grew up, Shirley has many years working with the public in the health care and casino industries. Her hobbies are sports and music - but don’t ask her about the San Francisco 49'ers unless you have three or four hours to discuss every aspect of the team and its players.
Lori Mancini was born and raised in Las Vegas. She has been in the property management field for five years, which comes in handy when dealing with our numerous tenants. She loves animals, as evident by her 4 dogs, 4 cats and 2 fish. Lori is a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Betty Gaut-Green retired after twenty-three years of Civil Service in California and moved to Las Vegas six years ago. She has many years of office work experience. Betty does an excellent job of keeping all owner and tenant files up to date. Her hobbies are tennis, golf and church and she does volunteer work in her community.
Mary Miller has completed twenty-two years with Desert Realty. Mrs. Miller oversees occupied-unit maintenance calls and assures work is properly completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. She also oversees the turn-around process to ensure minimal down time for our vacant properties. She has twenty-four years experience as an on-site manager of apartment complexes, including one complex with 386 units. In 1982 she also found the time to obtain the Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Cynthia Massaro has been in construction five years, covering construction defects and inspections for residential and commercial properties. In her free time she enjoys art, photography, car shows and concerts with her family and friends.
Jim Greely has lived in Las Vegas for fourteen years. He has been employed in personnel departments as a human resources supervisor. Since living in Las Vegas he specialized in ADA community placement and service as their community operations supervisor and MIS manager. Jim made a career change and joined Desert Realty in 2009.
Nick Kostos came to Las Vegas from Omaha, Nebraska with a background of eighteen years in bank management, insurance, and managing his own business in home repair and remodeling. He enjoys playing golf, Nebraska football games and The History Channel. He also makes stained glass windows, and loves to cook.
Vicki Testa has been in Las Vegas since 1993. Vicki has assisted two Realtors, and managed a motel. She also managed an apartment complex for four years. She is involved in annual property inspections.
Jerome Kaye owned his own business for many years. After retiring in California, he spent several years in the real estate field. He retired to Las Vegas, but found the need to be active. He is now happily leasing houses with Desert Realty.
Amanda Wright has had her Nevada Real Estate license since 1999. She began selling homes nine years ago. She now is a leasing agent for Desert Realty. Before becoming a Realtor she was an employment recruiter in the Hotel/Casino industry. In her spare time you can find her spending time with her friends and family, snowboarding or at the gym.
Oscar Maglasang moved to Las Vegas in 2003 from West Hills, California where he was a proprietor of a karaoke retail business for 11 years. Oscar got his Nevada Real Estate license in 2004 and worked for three other real estate companies selling homes. Joining Desert Realty in 2009, he is now one of our leasing agents. In his off time he enjoys singing and watching professional boxing and basketball.
